Executive Coaching

Most organizations struggle with achieving a healthy approach to work-life balance. This imbalance often leads to unproductive employees, increased sick time, lowered company morale or employees resigning altogether. These obstacles not only lead to a loss within the corporate culture, but can also cost an organization both time and money.  Finding that balance is crucial to keeping your employees motivated and productive within the company or organization.

LifeStyle Personal Wellness and Life Coaching helps business professionals clarify their goals, achieve their development objectives, unlock their potential and act as a sounding board.  An executive life coach identifies the obstacles and main issues within the corporate environment which is preventing the business from flourishing to the next level.  The primary goals for each business or organization vary, therefore, a customized development plan is essential to the overall success of any company.

While there are many variations, executive coaching usually involves a series of phases, beginning with intake, assessment, goal setting, development planning, and then progressing through the development plan, with periodic check-ins with the executive’s Manager or Director.  Each business development strategy is different and overall results often vary for each company.  To see long-term results within a company, it can typically take between 6 - 12 months.
